We advise on corporate direction: the choices that define where the firm competes, how it allocates attention and capital, and what must change in the operating model if the plan is to hold.

典型的なプログラムは、現状の診断、経営が実際に取れる選択肢、組織と統制への含意です。本サイトでブランド化された戦略フレームワークを販売することはありません。

Typical programmes cover a diagnostic of the current position, options that management can actually take, and the implications for organisation and control. We do not sell a branded strategy framework on this site.

Internal-control consulting

内部統制コンサルティング

権限、報告、チェックの設計について助言します。決めたことを組織が回せるように、そして回っていないときに経営が見えるように。

We advise on how authority, reporting, and checks are designed so the organisation can run what it has decided — and so management can see when it is not.

仕事は、お客様にとって本当に重要なプロセスに沿って計画します。承認、情報の流れ、職務の分離、日々使える文書。これは統制設計のコンサルティングであり、法定監査ではありません。

Work is planned around the processes that actually matter to the client: approvals, information flows, segregation of duties, and the documentation that makes a control usable day to day. This is consulting on control design, not a statutory audit.

Related consulting services

関連コンサルティング

戦略と統制を一つの会話として扱う必要がある場合、関連するアドバイザリーをお受けします。オペレーティングモデル、プログラムのガバナンス、計画とそれを運ぶ統制の引き渡し。

Where strategy and control must be treated as one conversation, we take related advisory work: operating-model questions, governance of a programme, or the hand-off between a plan and the controls that will carry it.

関連業務は書面のブリーフに対して範囲を定めます。無期限のリテイナーとしてはお出ししません。ラインの外にある問いは、無理に広げず、その旨をお伝えします。

Related work is scoped against a written brief, not offered as an open-ended retainer. If a question sits outside our lines, we say so rather than stretch the mandate.
