We do not present ourselves as an audit firm, a certified public accountant practice, or a software vendor. The work is consulting: clarifying the decision, designing how the organisation will hold it, and leaving recommendations the client can own.

お客様は、アドバイザリーのプログラムについて東京の一つの会社と向き合います。範囲、資料、クローズは、お客様がつなぎ合わせる複数の助言者ではなく、その窓口に残ります。
Clients deal with a single Tokyo company for the advisory programme. Scope, documents, and close-out stay with that counterpart rather than a chain of disconnected advisers the client has to assemble.
戦略と内部統制の両方を要する案件は、一つの会話として扱います。一方だけのご依頼もお受けします。個別案件の範囲は、着手前に確認します。
Where a mandate needs both strategy and internal-control work, we treat them as one conversation. Engagements can also be one line only. Scope for a given assignment is confirmed before work starts.
